Broward Housing Solutions®

Since 1993, Broward Housing Solutions^® has provided permanent affordable housing  for those struggling with mental illness working toward recovery and reintegration into society.  Broward Housing Solutions^®:

• Offers housing for an average of $202 a month, only 30% of a person's monthly income;
• Provides homes to more than 259 adults with their children including young adults aging out of foster care and the formerly homeless, which comprise more than 78% of current residents;
• Owns and operates more than 19 properties in Broward County;
• Has an annual operating budget of approximately $3 million; and 
• Needs resources to pare down a 400+ waiting list.
