Referral Process

Qualified low-income mental health consumers, those diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), come to Broward Housing Solutions®  after being referred by community mental health providers. These providers continue case management and support services to ensure that the client tenants stay on the road to recovery and wellness.
